Information we collect

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, optional organization, selected services, and any project description you provide. We also record the submission time and a request reference. Please leave out confidential project details.

Our security checks use a one-way, keyed representation of your email address and IP address to limit abuse. Our inquiry database does not store your raw IP address or verification token. Hosting and security providers may process connection information to serve and protect the site.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to assess the request, contact you about it, and protect the form from spam. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We do not sell inquiry information.

Services that process information

The website and inquiry database run through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and connection information to help verify form submissions. We use Resend to send inquiry alerts to our own inbox; these alerts include the details you submitted. These providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Retention

Website inquiry records and their notification records are removed once they are more than 12 months old, during routine site maintenance. Inquiry emails may be retained separately while we respond to you or discuss an engagement. If we work together, we will agree separately on how project information is handled.

Cookies and browser information

We do not add advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Cloudflare sets a security cookie called __cf_bm to help identify automated traffic and protect the website. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Cloudflare Turnstile also processes browser and connection information to verify form submissions.

The project description you enter is used to complete the inquiry form and is sent when you submit it.

Questions or requests

To ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion, use the inquiry form and mention that it is a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before making changes.
